Refund Protection
Refund Protection allows you to cancel your Carnival ticket purchase and receive a refund, subject to the terms and conditions. This protection covers cancellations up to 14 days before the event date. After this period, refunds will no longer be available.
Important information and Conditions
• Price is per reservation for one address.
• Cancelation is possible up to 30 days prior to the show.
• Delivery must be made in person, at your hotel or apartment. Depending on the hotel policy, we are able to deliver the tickets to the hotel's receptionist. You would need to give us an authorization via email with your reservation number and a copy of your passport.
• The delivery service is an exclusive service for clients of Rio-Tickets. It's not possible to hire this service for tickets bought through means other than Rio-Tickets.
• If purchasing the service at a later time or separately from the purchase of your tickets, please inform us of your booking number.
• If you are still unsure about your accommodation in Rio, you can always change the delivery address at a later date by sending us an email with your reservation number.
